We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Home Collection Services

Home collection is subject to availability and location.

Accurate address and contact details must be provided.

A trained phlebotomist will visit you at the scheduled time; however, slight timing changes may occur based on traffic or emergencies.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full before or at the time of testing.

Refunds, if applicable (e.g., test cancellation before sample collection), will be processed as per our refund policy. No refund is provided once the sample is collected.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your data as per our Privacy Policy.

Your medical reports will be shared only with you or authorized persons through secure channels.
